The torso and pants of the suit are unlocked on uPlay for 30 credits(obtainable in Blacklist or other Ubisoft games), but the gloves are unlocked by logging into the game's ShadowNet social network website gimmick through uPlay. One(the Raven suit) is unlocked in full, however the other suit(the Alpha suit) is split across multiple unlock methods. Of note are an unlockable color for Sam's goggles and two suits.
There are a number of unlockable DLCs that can be freely obtained either through uPlay or alternative means. These side missions round out the two single-player focused '4E Mission' campaigns from Grimsdottir and Kobin from 3 per category to 4 per category, bringing them to parity with Brigg's co-op campaign and Charlie's horde mode. Both come with items that have stat bonuses when purchased early on(High-Power being exclusively new weapons, while Homeland includes a worse version of the unlockable crossbow-gadget and two outfits that aren't outclassed until the late game), however Homeland also comes with two side-missions.
Splinter Cell Blacklist comes with two DLC packs the High Power pack and the Homeland pack.
